Meetings are open to all within the LGBTQIA+ community whether you are using the Sinclair Method (TSM), a different treatment option, or if you simply want to learn more about how to have a healthier relationship with alcohol. We support moderation, abstinence, sober-curious, damp-curious, or wherever you are in your journey.

Even if you are only able to stay for a portion of the hour, please stop in any time. We will be available for support whether there is one or 50 people. We recognize there are many intersections in life that can lead to or become triggers, so topics are permitted to drift beyond alcohol use, misuse, and reduction.

If you have ever considered becoming a professional TSM Coach, we are holding an informational session on Zoom on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 3:30 pm Central Time and hope you will join us. The information session will be recorded for those unable to attend.

This informational session will present a detailed overview of the training format, timing of availability, and cost associated with earning a professional TSM Coach credential (TSM-PC).
