When I stop handing my power away, everything shifts. Life becomes clearer… more responsive to my every move. It’s still surprises me every day 😅

God shows up in people and in unexpected ways when we are present to the moment 🎁

The moment I choose alignment over fear, life meets me in ways I can’t ignore.

This season feels like walking through every door that open, with faith. And then witnessing life rise to meet me, every time.

And you can have this also, we all can.

This is what my clients experience in every session because where two people are gathered with the intention of greater good — miracles happen.

I allow myself to be used as a channel for your highest good, and you are open to receiving that kind of attention. Where else do we allow this to happen in our lives?

This message is for you. Stop blaming others. More importantly, stop blaming yourself.

Forgive yourself.

You know you have to make a change, you’ve thought about it enough already.

It can be difficult at first, but what’s going to happen (almost immediately) you will experience a flow of confirmation. God showing you that you are not alone, that you were right. That this was the best thing you could have done.

It’s not easy being on this side of change, before it happens. But what you can trust right now, today, is that your instincts are right. It’s not going to get better if you don’t follow through on this decision.

What you can look forward to by being courageous, is that you will soon see yourself and your life with extraordinary new perspective.

You will be blessed tenfold, not simply because you made a change. But because you followed that still small voice inside of you. You had faith. And you took action.

Remember this message as you navigate the days ahead after making this change: you are never alone, you are always supported, and God is with you still speaking quietly, so keep listening 🥰

Almost ONE YEAR AGO, Swell opened its doors for the first time, and invited creators and artists to share their beautiful work with our community. Kameryn and Swell represent so much more than smoothies and amazing health treats. She fosters the spirit of our town’s roots being women-strong, and women-supportive. When you walk down Main Street, you will see that not just most businesses, but the best businesses are women-owned. And this is not to say that I don’t love and honor what men bring into our lives, but as a women separating herself from a man, I am sure grateful that I landed in a town that inspires women as much as it does. A town that supports women as much as it does. And a town that has endless women, where every day I have the opportunity to spark a new friendship with a new woman who is just as amazing as the last one. We are all doing what we love. And that’s not easy.

So to every woman following her dream, and supporting her sisters who are making their own way, I have so much gratitude for you. Without you, my business would not be possible. In the past year, my life has changed a LOT, and those changes are going to continue. I know I’m not the only woman to start a life on her own with children after 20+ years of marriage mostly being a stay at home mom, but when it has to be done…my greatest hope is that we are all lucky enough to be walking that road surrounded by strong, supportive women. The kind of women in my life. The kind of women in OS, CT.
