Hi ladies! 👋🏼

I’m offering a FREE group Zoom workout this Wednesday morning at 6:15 AM CT / 7:15 AM ET, open to anyone who wants to join! 💪🏼🦃

Get a great sweat in before you gobble and wobble on Thanksgiving. This workout is normally just for clients, but I wanted to open it up to anyone who might enjoy getting a little movement in before the holiday.

It’s online, so you don’t even have to leave your home! No equipment required — though a set of dumbbells is great if you have them. It’ll challenge you, but you’ll have fun too!

Good sprint workout this morning! 10x 30 sec sprints with 90sec recovery between each interval. High intensity sprint workouts are especially beneficial for peri and post menopausal women for maintaining good body fat percentage and improving overall fitness. They are extremely effective and don’t take a lot of time. 🏃‍♀️
