Subject: Thank You for Your Support and Collaboration in Ensuring Event Compliance

Dear ABC Team,

On behalf of our entire organization, I would like to extend our sincere gratitude for your time, guidance, and support in helping us ensure full compliance for our recent medical cannabis patient event.

We especially appreciate your willingness to come out and work through the necessary processes firsthand to help us create a compliant and responsible event for the medical patients of the great state of Mississippi. Your professionalism and collaborative spirit were instrumental in allowing us to move forward with confidence and clarity.

We would also like to thank the Department of Revenue, the Mississippi Medical Cannabis Program, and our local Olive Branch municipality for their outstanding support. Their collective efforts helped us begin this groundbreaking event on the right foot and positioned us for long-term success—not only in DeSoto County, but across Mississippi as a whole.

As one of the first events of its kind in our area, there were naturally nuances and learning curves involved. We are deeply grateful to our viewers, customers, and medical patients for their patience and understanding as we worked diligently to navigate those details in a compliant and professional manner.
