Ms. A: A distinguished 500-hour E-RYT yoga teacher, Ms. A brings a wealth of experience from her holistic approach to wellness. Hailing from Santa Fe, New Mexico, she has traversed the globe from the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater School in NYC to the vibrant jungles of Costa Rica with Amy Ippoliti. Her teaching is a beautiful blend of meditation, trauma work, somatics, alignment, and mobility, creating a space for deep self-exploration and transformation. Expect a playful yet grounded experience with a focus on inclusivity and safety. Possible dates in December – stay tuned!
Ms. M: Known for nearly two decades of inspiring individuals in the Cayman Islands, Ms. M is a keynote speaker, wisdom keeper, and joy catalyst. She supports brave and busy people in finding more energy, vitality, and contentment. Described as having a "secret sauce" of undefinable energy, her sessions blend practical science with profound insights to help you achieve clarity and vitality.
Ms D , A musical prodigy from the age of 3, D is an Indian Classical Vocalist and a versatile performer with a remarkable career in playback singing. With her deep roots in a family of music connoisseurs, she will guide us through the meditative nature of music, exploring how notes emerge from the body and demonstrating common scales between jazz and blues. If you're a music lover, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!
She will talk about where each note emerges from the body and how holding notes can itself be meditative and also a music demo about common scales between jazz and blues .
