Sometimes the best way to show appreciation is to step in and step up! 💪💚

Today, our amazing department heads took over the med carts and the floor so our nurses and CNAs could have a much-deserved moment of calm. We created a peaceful space filled with cozy blankets, warm snacks, and soothing music — a small reminder that those who care for others deserve to be cared for too. 🫶✨

Teamwork like this doesn’t just make a building run… it makes it home. 💛

Today, we say “see you later” to our amazing Wound Care NP, Amy. Your dedication, compassion, and expertise have been such a gift to our residents, families, and team. You’ve gone above and beyond to ensure our patients received the best possible care, and your positive spirit has inspired us all.

We will miss seeing you each week, but we are so grateful for the impact you’ve made here — the healing you’ve brought, the knowledge you’ve shared, and the smiles you’ve left behind.
