📌 OSHA Posting Reminder for Employers

Most businesses are required to post their OSHA 300A Summary from February 1 – April 30.

The summary must be posted at each establishment where employee notices are typically displayed (near required workplace posters).

Does this apply to your business?

You may be exempt if:
• You had 10 or fewer employees at all times during the previous calendar year (across all locations), or
• Your business is on the low-risk industry exemption list under WAC 296-27-00105

⚠️ Note: Exemptions do not apply if you are notified to comply by OSHA, Bureau of Labor Statistics, or DOSH.
