If your shoulders could talk today, they’d probably say, “Body pain is no joke.” 😣

April Fools’ jokes come and go, but that tension in your shoulders tends to stick around.

Your session is your time. If you’d like silence so you can fully relax, rest, or even drift off to sleep, that space is respected. If you need to communicate about pressure or comfort, that’s always welcome too.

• Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 counts

It’s a very gentle, rhythmic technique designed to encourage the natural movement of lymph, which helps carry waste products away from tissues and back toward the heart. 💗

✨ Because of its light, precise approach, MLD can feel deeply calming to the nervous system. Many clients seek it out for support with migraines, fibromyalgia, or post-surgical recovery when their bodies need something restorative rather than deep pressure.

This work is intentional, specific, and always adjusted to what your body can comfortably receive.
