Day 1 of March and Week 2 at ! I saw and opportunity and I jumped! I am excited for what is to come with my new team members. There is only room for positive thoughts, self confidence and an “I can do anything” attitude. I truly feel all of that with this new opportunity. With a fresh start comes a fresh outlook on every aspect of my life. Challenging myself to stay healthy and create balance in my life. Happy Monday! ☀️

This bitch is back! I have been slowly making my way back to myself the last month and a half. Starting in January I womaned up and admitted to myself I needed a little help with my eating habits, so I joined . Then I masked up and joined my family at for some much needed workouts that helps my body and brain feel good.

I know myself. I know I thrive in community settings. And, I know that I will always take all the help I can get to do good and be good. So far I have lost 6lbs on my new journey, but most importantly my anxiety is down, I enjoy spending time with my family more and I have more energy.

I am here to tell you even with the inclusive body movement, which I love, it’s ok to want to lose weight. Just don’t lose site of the important reasons you want that for yourself. And remember to still love yourself where you are now, because being you is the best part of this whole crazy ride!
