I’d like to believe that with all of my coping mechanisms, as a therapist, I’d be able to evade all bad days. But nope…therapists have bad days just like everyone else. And I know exactly what to say to myself too! 😂 but today is a tougher morning. And I don’t have many words. So, here’s Wilbur and charlotte and a reminder that it’s not about being fixed. Just loved.
