Oowee ouch hahaha!!Let me Laughastè and RAlease this stored emotional trauma. Everybody says trauma is stored in the hips... But exactly where? 🧘🏾♀️✨
Sometimes, the body holds onto things that words simply can’t reach. We often try to "talk it out," but your nervous system... specifically your psoas, the "muscle of the soul" might just need you to laugh it out.
In this Innercise, I'm not just squatting bcuz, I'm creating a container of safety. By combining somatic movement with intentional laughter (Laughastè), I signal to my body that it is okay to let go of stored trauma and tension.
Sometimes you don't need a deep explanation to find relief you just need to sit in that space of safety and let the laughter move through you.
