Even though our mental health is JUST AS IMPORTANT as our physical health, some of us have an easier time discussing physical health. We can help with that! When was the last time you went trick or treating?! 🎃

School counselors, social workers, therapists and many more folks serving our community got to trick or treat for resources today at our Behavioral and Mental Health Resource Fair…and boy did they hit the jackpot! With over fifty vendors present, everyone left with bags full or resources to help our community stay mentally healthy and connected to the organizations that can help them stay that way!

✨ Our hearts are full today. ✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us for A Night Out: A Look at Mental Health through Arts & Culture. From the joy of comedian Anjelah Johnson-Reyes, to the breathtaking art created and donated by our local (and even youth!) artists, to the generosity poured in through your gifts last night—this evening was truly something special.

All funds raised will go directly toward su***de prevention and mental health advocacy right here in our community. Every dollar, every smile, every story shared is fueling hope and change.
