Day 40 of 40. Prosperity Kriya Sadhana complete.

This practice has shown me that prosperity is so much bigger than money in a bank account — though yes, that is welcome and beautiful too.

True abundance feels like the alleviation of suffering. It’s my daughter’s laughter echoing through the house. It’s steadier emotions. Reflection and release. Responding instead of reacting.

It’s allowing opportunities to present themselves instead of constantly chasing. It’s a kitchen full of nourishing food. A community that holds and supports me.

Prosperity is also the shedding — letting go of what weighs me down so there is space for something lighter to move through me. Clearing clutter. Clearing fear. Clearing old skins.

Forty days of devotion reminded me that abundance isn’t something I force. It’s something I create space for.

And when I do, the current of Har moves through me — strong, steady, and unstoppable.

Eye health is a big deal in Ayurveda.
The eyes are governed by pitta dosha, which means they’re especially sensitive to heat, strain, and inflammation. Long hours on screens, environmental pollution, stress, and lack of rest can all show up in the eyes as dryness, redness, irritation, dark circles, or fatigue.

Ayurveda recommends weekly eye washing as a simple, preventative self-care ritual to cool, cleanse, and nourish the eyes. It gently rinses away dust, pollen, and environmental irritants while supporting natural eye lubrication and comfort. Over time, this practice helps maintain clarity and balanced vision.

This ritual is especially supportive if you deal with digital eye strain, seasonal sensitivity, or tired, overworked eyes. Cooling botanicals like rose and lavender are traditionally used to calm excess pitta, soothe inflammation, and bring relief to the eyes and nervous system.
