Lower lumbar rice packs - maybe used hot or cold. These packs are filled a little bit more than my other packs to provide additional support to the lower back as well as the neck when laying down. Approximately 20 in long but four and a half inches wide. Unscented. $22 + shipping

I have large and medium heat packs they can also be kept in the freezer to use as a cold pack. These are ideal for large muscles such as the shoulders, hips, back, etc...
