Let’s talk about feeding babies (at the breast or bottle)!!

After Dr. Elle had her son, she experienced how HARD breastfeeding is and can be. So many factors go into it, on top of the emotional rollercoaster of postpartum hormones. She was determined to get further education to help other moms succeed at nursing (and even with a bottle if that’s what you choose / have to do)!!

This past year she completed an eight month long course to get certified in Pediatric SOT. This is a specialized form of chiropractic care that focuses on balancing the relationship between the base of the spine (the sacrum) and the base of the skull (the occiput). These two areas are key to helping the brain and body communicate properly through the nervous system. The course included addressing the cranial bones, specifically intra-orally.

Y’all! The progress we have seen in babies (and moms) brings tears to my eyes! Babies who nursed at the breast for 2 minutes to now exclusively nursing. Babies who were on a feeding tube and oxygen to no oxygen (after one adjustment) and no feeding tube and success with a bottle (after a few more). The stories go on!

Moms, please know you and your baby’s journey is unique and is written specifically for you two (or three, twin mamas). Please also know we SEE you and we HEAR you. We are here with our arms and hearts wide open to help you and your sweet babe have the journey and experience you hope and pray to have!!!

Children + Chiropractic go together like PB & J 🍞🍇🥜

A regulated nervous system in a child means optimal sleep, optimal digestion, optimal immune function, regulated emotions, better recovery, better focus, and sooooo much more.

Majority of the kids we see are in wellness care. Which means their parents choose to bring them in regularly to keep them well and keep them healthy!

Not only do parents notice the difference, but so do children! They express eagerness/excitement by jumping on the table, they voice their feelings, their bodies relax and are calm, they start giggling and smiling, and they ask for more.

Children are intuitive and wise. Our goal is to keep their nervous systems interference free so their bodies can optimally function and develop, and their intuition and imagination can be through the roof 👏
