As you head out for trick-or-treating or community festivities tonight, here are a few quick safety tips to keep your kids (and yourself!) safe:

🕯️ Be seen! Add glow sticks, reflective tape, or flashlights to costumes.
🚸 Cross safely. Use sidewalks and crosswalks — remind kiddos to look both ways.
🍬 Check the treats. Only enjoy factory-sealed goodies and inspect before eating.
🐾 Keep pets calm. Loud noises and costumes can be spooky for furry friends too!
🚗 Drive slow. Stay extra alert for trick-or-treaters in residential areas.
