Hi, my name is Phyllis Russo. I am a functional medicine practitioner and a chiropractic physician, and acupuncturist for over 40 years.and an emotional health counselor using shaman practices for around 25 years I have helped people heal physically and emotionally when they felt stuck.

What I am most passionate about now is my counseling work helping women who love God as they see him but live with either chronic guilt and second-guessing themselves, indecision all the way to addiction or addictive behavior Really any type of block that most likely started as a pattern in childhood.

I currently have a program that helps break guilt-based decision patterns deep within the nervous system so people can really feel the trust in God with a clear calm and peace.

I do this because I lived in the cycle of constantly questioning whether I am right with God. When I realized it was childhood wiring
So I combine the medical, Christianity and shaman practices. It’s unique, innovative and I use of all this to heal the person.

When I was having so many of those digestive problems, and literally in a 10, no, a 11 on a 1 to 10 scale of pain, and going to doctors and doing tests and all that sort of stuff, and basically being on my back for about 6 or 7 weeks. And I remember at the very end of it, I mean, but at the very end of it, I heard the Lord speak to me.After weeks of intense digestive pain, I heard the Lord speak to me. That time, though difficult, brought me back to Him and restored my faith. I am grateful for it. See the greatness and give thanks. Western medicine often focuses on symptoms, but true healing goes deeper. We (the acupuncturist) treat people, not just their autoimmune diagnosis or my own Hashimoto's. It's about understanding the individual's core genetics, the reaction to the environmental toxins, what best foods to eat, and therefore addressing the root cause, not just the "cough."
