How does a Massage Therapist stay in shape enough to give amazing massages!? For one, strength training, is a must. The entire body is hard at work during a session. From a lunge stance alongside the table, to using the forearms across the back. So, even while on vacation, a little half hour, basic workout is essential. Movement is a privilege! Be well, you all! 🏋‍♀️
