At Luna & Grace Keepsakes, we understand that the inclusions you send us are deeply personal and incredibly meaningful. Because of that, we do everything we can to make the process feel comfortable, flexible, and safe for you from beginning to end. 🤍

We accept inclusions in several ways:

✨ Mailed securely: Many families choose to mail ashes, hair, fabric, flowers, or other inclusions to us. We only require a very small amount, and everything is carefully documented and handled with respect the moment it arrives.

✨ Studio drop-off: If you’re local and prefer a more personal handoff, you’re always welcome to arrange a time to drop your inclusions off at the studio.

✨ Meet-ups when possible: We know some pieces are simply too important to place in the mail. When schedules allow, we’re happy to coordinate local meet-ups to receive your inclusions personally.

And when your keepsake is complete…

✨ Your finished jewelry can be securely shipped back to you
✨ Picked up at the studio
✨ Or returned during a meet-up, just like the drop-off
