2025 was an incredible, exhausting, emotional, and deeply meaningful year for The Magic Oil Box.

We showed up to conventions, markets, screenings, comedy shows, community gatherings, and spaces that reminded us why this brand exists in the first place.

There were long drives, early mornings, late nights, tight budgets, sore feet, and moments where rest felt impossible, but every single event gave us something priceless in return.

We connected with artists, performers, creators, and horror lovers who welcomed us with open arms and open hearts.

We built real friendships, strengthened our chosen family, and found ourselves standing in rooms that truly felt like home.

Horror has always been about survival, transformation, and finding light in the dark, and this year proved that over and over again.

Thank you to every person who stopped by our table, shared a story, hugged us, supported us, or believed in what we’re building.

2025 reminded us that community is everything, and we’re carrying that love straight into what comes next. 🖤

One of the most meaningful parts of 2025 wasn’t what we sold — it was who we surrounded ourselves with.

This year, The Magic Oil Box was surrounded by creators, performers, podcasters, and storytellers who deeply understand what it means to feel other, and who show up anyway, loudly and unapologetically.

From cult-classic movie discussions that feel like chosen family conversations, to friendships rooted in shared fandoms, creativity, and q***r joy. These relationships shaped everything we created this year.

Community doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built through support, collaboration, late-night conversations, shared obsessions, and believing in each other’s work.

This chapter of our 2025 wrap-up is about gratitude for the people who welcomed us in, pushed us creatively, and reminded us why horror has always been a home for outsiders.
