⭐️Tuesday 5:45 AM @ Laguna Niguel Regional Park (Speed Workout + Strength Training)

⭐️Thursday 5:45 PM @ Fleet Feet Laguna Niguel (Tempo Run + Mobility Circuit)

✔️This program is specifically designed for the Surf City 5k, Half Marathon, and Marathon on February 4th, 2024.

✔️Choose from 5K, Half Marathon, or Marathon training programs. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced training levels available. Program pre-requisites apply.

✔️Includes 3 group runs/week, strength training, mobility circuits, and nutrition/hydration guidance to prevent injury and perform at your best!

Who’s ready to get speedy this summer? 🔥

Join us for 8 weeks of team training to build strength, speed, and stamina to run your fastest 5K!

Our team will train to compete on July 13th, July 20th, Aug 3rd, and Aug 10th

This race series is SO much fun and we can’t wait! 🎉

We will have 3 team workouts each week:

➖Tues 5:45 pm, Aliso Niguel High School Track
➖Thurs 5:45 pm, Laguna Niguel Regional Park
➖Sat 7:30 am, Fleet Feet Laguna Niguel

This program includes a full training calendar with 5 active days per week, strength training, mobility work, and nutrition guidance for performance.

You will be supported by an awesome team of mentors and coaches 💪🏼

Just finished up a strength session 💪🏼

Feeling happy, healthy, and tired 😅

What you don’t see in this photo is someone who has spent countless hours rehabbing injuries in the past…

- Stress fractures
- Shin splints
- Plantar fasciitis
- Achilles tendinitis
- Knee pain
- Low back pain
- Pelvic organ prolapse
- Abdominal separation

Yep, I’ve been on the receiving side of injury rehab quite a few times. Spoiler alert: it all required strength training 😬

I know how it feels to not be able to run pain free. I also know the importance of working with a professional who deeply understands your sport and your passion 💛

All of my injury experiences led me to here. It inspired me to become a physical therapist and a running coach. It inspired me to begin and provide runners the specialized care and coaching they deserve ☺️

Meet our Spring Trail Program Mentors! 👋🏼

This group of amazing runners are encouraging, supportive, and approachable. They all have a heart of gold and bring a wealth of personal experience to the trails while providing a much needed sense of humor and fun along the way. They are fantastic role models through their actions and words! We are so grateful to have them. You will see!

Mentors are present at all our team workouts:
🔹Tuesdays at 5:30 pm
🔹Fridays at 6:00 am
🔹Sundays at 7:00 am

They directly support you by:

🔹Sharing knowledge and life experiences
🔹Offering encouragement during challenging times
🔹 Helping you grow your skills as a trail runner
