Womb Care Wednesday ♥️

Soooo I stumbled upon this Yoni Juice recipe and had to try it!! They called it Sweet Yoni Juice…I’m calling it The Sweet Yoni Cocktail 🍸, next time I’ll have the pretty glass ☺️

Cranberry Juice
Pomegranate Juice
Lemon Juice
Coconut Water
Apple Cider Vinegar

Just a few benefits of some of the ingredients 👇🏾

Pineapples - Pineapple juice contains bromelain, an enzyme that may have potential benefits for uterine health. Some anecdotal reports suggest that bromelain may help soften the cervix and reduce inflammation in the uterus, which could be beneficial for women during menstruation or childbirth.

Cranberries - Cranberry juice is often associated with urinary tract health rather than uterine health. It contains compounds called proanthocyanidins, which may help prevent bacteria, particularly E. coli, from adhering to the urinary tract walls, thus reducing the risk of urinary tract infections (UTIs). Womb Care Wednesday 📝

Womb care not only involves practices aimed at maintaining the health and well-being of the reproductive system, including regular check-ups, proper hygiene, and healthy lifestyle habits but also includes creating space for emotional wellness.

Today we can take some time to nurture our emotional well-being through self-care practices like journaling, creative expression, spending time in nature, and/or connecting with supportive friends and family members.

I will focus on journaling this Wednesday and list a few journal prompts to help us reconnect, self reflect and love on our wombs with a little tender love and care 🌻
