✨Now Accepting Select New Patients ✨
After a period of intentionally limiting my schedule, I’m now opening a small number of spots for new patients. As my practice continues to evolve, I’m being very intentional - and selective - about who I work with.
At this time, my focus is primarily on working with women, and I am prioritizing care for those who are seeking:
✨Integrative Chiropractic
✨Dry Needling
✨Functional Medicine and Nutrition Counseling
✨Thoughtful, individualized, whole-body care
I am especially interested in working with women navigating:
• Low back and pelvic pain
• Pelvic floor dysfunction or instability
• Hormone imbalances and perimenopausal transitions
• Prenatal and postpartum care and recovery
Over the past several years, my clinical focus has naturally shifted in this direction. I’ve been working more and more with women navigating hormone changes, perimenopause, and pelvic floor-related issues - often alongside chronic pain, fatigue, or feeling dismissed elsewhere.
As a small, intentional practice, I believe in doing fewer things exceptionally well. Rather than trying to be everything to everyone, I am choosing to deepen my expertise and offer care that is focused, informed, and truly supportive of women’s unique needs.
I am also continuing advanced training in pelvic floor dry needling in the coming months, further expanding my ability to support women with pelvic pain, core dysfunction, postpartum recovery, and hormone-related changes.
I believe in slowing down, listening deeply, and creating space for real healing - not rushing, not boxing people into protocols, and not practicing in ways that feel misaligned.
If you are a woman interested in becoming a new patient and this approach feels aligned, please send me a direct message, click the link in our bio or go to withinwellness.org
If this resonates with you - or a woman you love - I would be honored to support you in this next season.
