Help Us Shape a New Parent Support Group in the North Quabbin Region

North Quabbin Health Collaborative’s Postpartum Visiting Program is exploring the launch of prenatal and postpartum support groups, potentially offered once a month or biweekly on Tuesday evenings.

These groups would be designed as a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space for people who are pregnant, recently postpartum, or adjusting to early parenthood. The focus would be on connection, emotional support, and navigating the unexpected parts of pregnancy and parenting — not lectures or pressure to participate.

Groups would be:
• Facilitated by a public health nurse
• Inclusive of all feeding choices and family structures
• Baby-friendly and flexible
• Free and open to community members

We are currently gauging interest to help determine timing, frequency, and format.
If this sounds like something you—or someone you support—might benefit from, we’d love to hear from you.

👉 Please take a moment to share your interest and preferences using the QR code attached.

North Quabbin Health Collaborative’s Postpartum Visiting Program is exploring the idea of offering prenatal and postpartum support groups on Tuesday evenings, either monthly or biweekly, based on community interest.

These groups would be a safe, welcoming space for people who are pregnant or newly postpartum to connect, share, and feel supported — especially during times that feel unexpected or overwhelming.

✔ No pressure to share
✔ Babies welcome
✔ Free and community-based

We’re currently gauging interest to help decide what would work best for families in our area.
