SITE SoCal Young Leaders Mission Statement

As Young Leaders we are providing a fresh new platform that will inspire mutually beneficial relationships and cultivate an avenue for fostering the next generation of industry professionals. We are dedicated to discovering new trends and encouraging forward thinking industry strategies. As advocates for the meetings and incentives industry, we commit to:

• Communicating the value of meetings and incentives
• Leading social responsibility initiatives within our local communities
• Creating paths for personal and professional development

Qualifications to join Site Young Leaders:

Industry professionals who are 35 or younger, or have less than 5 years of experience are encouraged to participate.

Our SITE SoCal Young Leaders had an incredible evening at Angel Stadium! ⚾️

We toured the press room, explored the Lexus Diamond Club—an iconic space that can host up to 2,000 attendees—and kicked things off with a private reception before cheering the Angels on to a WIN!

Special thanks to our YL Events Committee members, Jasmine Garrett and Katelyn Graber, for organizing this meet-up, and to Courtney Wallace and the outstanding Angel Stadium events team for their generous hospitality.

Our Young Leaders community continues to grow, and we’re so grateful for the connections being built along the way. 💙
