Hi friend! Whatever led you here — we are so grateful to have you! No matter where you are right now, both literally & also in your journey to your best self, we want to WELCOME you & introduce ourselves! We’re Emily & Ali, your lifestyle coaches and the co-founders of the FitLab Girls. TFLG is a community of strong, supportive women, who are living their best life of health, fitness & happiness. The way we evolved was definitely one of those “and the stars aligned” “timing is everything” special kind of things...almost like friends at first sight! We met in Orlando, FL at the fitness facility Ali ran, the GymLab. Emily had stepped away from years of personal training to grow a business & be a mom, and felt called back to the health & fitness industry as her purpose. Expecting to have a quick convo on Emily potentially joining our training team, we ended up sharing our personal challenges, breakthroughs & extreme passion for health & fitness until we had to cut each other off! -MOMENTS LIKE THAT ARE TOO SPECIAL TO IGNORE-

The energy we got from each other left us wanting to talk more, understand each other’s philosophies, & build on this immediate friendship. After several coffee & workout dates that always left us feeling empowered & wanting more...we knew we had too much to give to the world to keep it all to ourselves. We also discovered a huge respect for each other & loved that our very different personality types were so compatible through our passion -- sharing health & fitness to the world with the unique approach of teaching lifestyle habits people can FIT INTO THEIR LIFE, instead of trying to fit their life into a one-size-fits all approach. Starting with a burning desire for change & a couple of laptops...we frivolously mapped out how we would bring our ideologies to others in an organized, full-proof way. Through this journey full of blood sweat and tears, we’ve been able to watch countless women (& men!) reach goals they never thought possible & become healthier, happier & stronger than ever before. We want this for you. You are capable of it, and we are so excited to help you get there!
