Donation-Based Healing Sessions 🌈✨ I have been seeing a lot of people really stepping up during this time to help support, create community & service to the world around them 🌍❤️✨ There is so much happening & it’s easy to see that many are in physical, emotional, mental, spiritual distress. This huge collective experience HAS BEEN FOR YEARS triggering a lot of trauma, feelings of anxiety, panic, anger, etc. Just know Change 🌱 is coming & something beautiful always results from chaos 🌷 Where there is darkness, there is also light.. Pain/Joy... Chaos/Peace... Night/Day. Rest assured that nothing lasts forever. This too shall pass 💗

I have been ONCE AGAIN guided to offer something during this time for the benefit of the collective 🤗 I will be offering 1 hour DONATION BASED DISTANCE OR IN PERSON sessions for cleansing, clearing, releasing, transmuting, breath work, meditation, Reiki, holding the space and supporting where I can!

The session can happen from the comfort of your home if you are most comfortable or feel free to come to my Reiki office… this session doesn’t have to be related to anything that’s happening all around us, just a time for you to balance and receive what you need (it’s up to you). However I can be of service in supporting you & wherever you are during this time & helping you create inner peace & guidance is my focus. It is important to me now than ever to hold the safe space for others to heal themselves... I know this will then start the same for others around & then multiply 💫

I had an absolutely beautiful, special experience meditating with masters yesterday at Trisikkha Insight Meditation Center in Plant City, FL. We started at 8am and the meditation and day was centered around calming the mind… we did Dhamma talk/teaching, chanting, walking meditation and sitting meditation, then ended with an amazing authentic Thai lunch all in community. They were extremely welcoming and loving and showed me a lot I did not know yet about Thai culture and Vipassana meditative foundation. Here are some pictures from their FB. I highly recommend following their FB page for updates and info on retreats.

PS my intention for going here is to start practicing my personal mediation in a deeper way to prepare for 2026 10 Day Silence Retreat/Vipassana Retreat. I hope you consider joining me 😁💗🧘‍♀️✨

SAVE THE DATE for Fall 2025 GROUP Reiki Level 1 Training & Certification (3 classes)💫

Reiki is a natural, safe & effective healing system that uses Universal Life Force Energy to address physical, mental, emotional & spiritual issues. It is a holistic system for balancing, healing & harmonizing all aspects of your well-being. It is proven to generate meaningful results. In addition, Reiki is used to encourage personal and spiritual awareness/growth.

Reiki Level 1 is ideal for anyone interested in learning more about energy work, how it works, & the benefits. Reiki 1 is great starting point for experiencing & working with healing energy and is an amazing way to deepen awareness of universal energy. It compliments other healing modalities & spiritual practices. Reiki can be used to enrich your everyday life & also help lead you along your spiritual path.

During the training you will learn & experience:

• History & principles of Traditional Usui Reiki
• The Reiki 1 attunement or ‘initiation’
• Main chakra centers
• Scanning the energy body (aura) & chakras
• Treating yourself with Reiki
• Treating animals & plants
• Clearing and protecting your space
• Developing your intuition
• How to give a complete Reiki treatment
• Hand positions for treating others
• How to use crystals with your Reiki sessions

After the attunement, Reiki energy flows through the hands of the practitioner & can be directed for self-healing, plants, animals, food. The energy helps to reestablish balance and harmony on the physical, emotional, & spiritual planes so that the natural function of the body is restored. Reiki differs from other healing methods in that a specific attunement process is used to prepare students for the flow of healing energy.

Students are encouraged to explore their individual strengths, & each individual’s path/needs is honored & respected.

Whether you want to restore the general condition of your body, open your energy channels or expand your consciousness and spiritual awareness, Reiki is the perfect way to do it.

Ahhh I’ve been busy and expanding !! 😍 *I finally decided to take my MBLEX on 6/6 portal day after my Massage Therapy School completion in February 2024 and passed !! 🥳 That test is no joke and I can say nothing but amazing things about my training at Inspirit School of Healing Arts & my teacher, Tedy! . Even after 14 months, lots of continued study (lifelong process), the information stuck and is engrained in my psyche/heart space. I had all the tools needed to make this test a success & more importantly implement in real life.

✨I am happy to announce I am officially licensed in the sunshine state! ✨

I am not sure how massage therapy will play a part in my business here in the near future, but there is no doubt in how my journey to this exact moment and with this modality has certainly changed & TRANSFORMED who I am as a practitioner and human being. I have learned so much about myself along the way and am so grateful to receive this little piece of paper (signifies A LOT for me). Another way to continue to help and facilitate healing for the world 🌎💕

Wooo 🥳 Weekend packed full of Reiki classes 📚 I had the honor of teaching Reiki Level 2 (practitioner training) yesterday & today I am teaching Reiki Level 1 (self healing & empowerment) 🥹

I am happy to share I finally took my MBLEX on Friday & PASSED. Your girl is almost an official LMT! 🥳

I am so happy and excited for all of the expansion and growth. I am grateful today and every day for my many blessings and all the amazing people I get to help 💕

Here is my annual emotional reflective moment / post 🥹😂 Exactly six years ago!! Starting my 7th year in the healing space.

My heart is overflowing with so many different emotions/feels. There aren’t enough words in the human language to express how touched I am to support & work with & come in contact with SO many amazing people… Or how much I have grown as a healer, leader, facilitator, healing guide and ESP in my own journey of becoming, healing, being, growing. ✨No matter what else is going on or what other projects, events, my career outside of my business, this is has been the one constant in my life over the years✨ When I say this is my “life’s work,” I don’t say or mean it lightly. This is truly my passion project/service to humanity/my baby that I’ve birthed from conception and will continue to cultivate and evolve with through the duration of my life 🫶🏼

To those of you who have visited me in person for appointments or classes at this space, you make it special. Thankful, grateful, and very blessed. I love and thank you all so much for your continuous support! ❤️🥳🔑🧿✨

PERSONAL POST. HAPPY OPTIMAL HEALTH MOM 🩷🎉🥳

A lot of my long time clients/friends/students/followers know about my journey in dealing with my parents’ health and how that personally impacted me. A lot of people have asked me over the last 2 years about/told me they were thinking about/sending prayers for my mom 🙏🏼🥹

We celebrated LIFE on a family trip recently and I can say that was the best family trip I have ever been on. I felt a sense of peace. A sense of healing for my whole entire family. A sense of pure joy for our quality time and to create memories. It felt great to see my mom happy and thriving and with hair. I am so proud of her strength and excited for this next chapter. It feels like a new chapter for us all.

I am sharing this because a lot of people are so hyperfocused on the LIGHT parts in the spiritual/health/wellness community. Practitioners/facilitators are unfortunately sometimes put on a pedestal or try to portray themselves to the world as if they aren’t going through real human s**t or as if they have it all figured out. I keep it real and wholeheartedly mean what I say every time, in that I am on my own journey and we are in it together. I also share this because I know there are alot of people out there who are going through a similar experience or might resonate at some point. I see & feel what my clients are going through/experiencing without judgment. I can empathize and often understand because I have been or am sometimes there myself.

The journey is… A LOT OF THINGS. Hard, messy, beautiful, transformational, chaotic, heartbreaking, soul crushing honestly, joy, happy, GRIEF…more GRIEF. The human experience. The never ending process of becoming. At the end/during we learn to surrender and BE and LOVE and sit with all the parts. Proud of our resilience, our strength, and honoring of ourselves and our experience.

For those who continue to choose me to support you & hold that space for you, I thank you. I will always do so authentically and in a raw/unfiltered way, so you too know you can be human and honor your REAL human experience. I practice what I teach and I live it. That’s where the healing starts and how we expand 🩷

We had another successful and fun day at Lake Eola Yoga Fest on March 9th! We are so appreciative of for having us back again for the second year. I am super grateful for my amazing friends for your partnership and collaboration always!! & Cliff @ Natural Healing Center of Kings Bay (Crystal River, FL) for supporting us with chair massage and bringing the vibes always. It feels great to be in our amazing Orlando community and see so many familiar and NEW faces. We are grateful for the opportunity to grow and connect and advocate for health and wellness.
