This season can be a mix of cozy moments, extra plans, emotions, expectations… and a brain that sometimes jumps into full festive chaos mode 😅
For some people it feels light, for others it feels heavy, and for many it’s a bit of both.

If your mind feels tangled or your stress monster gets louder these days, you’re not alone.
Take things gently, slow down when you need to, and remember your wellbeing matters too 💛

Anxiety loves to jump straight into the worst-case scenario. 😒😣
But a thought is just a thought. It is not a fact, and it is not a prediction.

This little 3-step shift helps when your mind says
“Something bad will happen.”

Try this:
🧠 Name the thought
🧠 Notice that your mind created it
🧠 Let the thought pass instead of holding onto it

Other simple ways to create distance:
💛 Say “thank you mind” and bring your attention back to what is happening right now
💛 Call it a story, like “there’s the what if story again”
💛 Imagine placing the thought on a cloud or a bus and watching it move away 👋

You do not have to push your thoughts away.
You can learn to notice them without letting them take over.

💛 If anxious thoughts feel heavy, support is available.

✨ A la ansiedad le encanta brincar al peor escenario. Pero un pensamiento es solo un pensamiento. No es un hecho ni una predicción. ✨

Estos tres pasos te pueden ayudar cuando tu mente trae pensamientos negativos como “algo malo va a pasar”:

1️⃣ Nombra el pensamiento
2️⃣ Reconoce que tu mente lo creó
3️⃣ Deja que el pensamiento se vaya sin agarrarlo

Otras formas simples de alejar esos pensamientos son:
💛 Di “gracias mente” y vuelve a lo que estás haciendo
💛 Llámalo una historia, como “aquí está otra vez la historia del y si”
💛 Imagina poner el pensamiento en una nube o en una guagua o bus y ver cómo se va

No tienes que pelear con tus pensamientos. Puedes aprender a reconocerlos sin dejar que tomen el control. 🌿
