Remember when I asked which photo was better for a thumbnail photo on YouTube from a new program I started using? I couldn't use either of them because honestly they were just plain UGLY! 😱
I also have an aversion to using photo generated AI for many reasons, I will save that for another post.

In all fairness authenticity and transparency is WAY more important to me than fast, fake technology that discredits me, my face (yuck!) and/or my business. So here is the final - using real photos vs the AI.

Which one is better now? And if you say AI just unfriend me now! 😂😭

Break digital habits by creating healthy ones.
Limit screen time in your settings.
Don't scroll before going to bed.

Get a real alarm clock.
