🌷Spring is here, and with it comes more daylight, fresh air, and opportunities to move a little more each day. If you are managing a chronic condition, staying active may look different, and that is okay.
Gentle movement can support energy, circulation, breathing, and overall wellbeing.

• Take breaks and listen to your body
• Stay hydrated and keep needed supplies nearby
• Make sure your equipment and medications are ready before heading out
