Shayna is a Certified Prenatal Massage Specialist and she is passionate about helping to facilitate healing through various therapeutic massage modalities including Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Cupping Therapy. She graduated from the Florida College of Natural Health in 2012, studying the advanced Master Body Worker Program. She founded her business, Arnica Massage & Bodywork, in 2014. These deep tissue techniques are combined with a relaxing touch, personalizing each treatment to meet the client’s individual needs. These top quality treatment plans are complemented by locally-handcrafted massage oils to enhance the client's well-being. Always handcrafted in small batches and poured by hand. One of the many little details that makes this salve so special 🤍
