‘If wildcrafting, take note as to which locations have the healthiest sites and when it is the optimum harvest time. I always thank the plant when harvesting and never take the whole patch. Always leave at least half to grow back for next year. Remember wildcrafting is not isolated to plants; bark and mushrooms, lichen and moss can also be powerful medicine.’

I actually was honored meeting The Angel Oak Tree! 🌳

She is one of the oldest organisms on the Earth 🌎

Her branches shade 17,000 sq. feet, and she’s 65 feet tall with a circumference of 25.5 feet.

At points, her branches go under the ground for a foot or two and then come back up! And it looks like a new tree but you can see it’s not. 👀

She even had 2 mushrooms growing on her and one was Chaga, see in the video..

I sat under her meditating and grounding (which I teach my students about….

It’s very hard to describe her presence, she’s pretty majestic, talk about a Grandmother Oak 😍🌳❤️
