LICENSED COUNSELORS
We are looking for licensed LCSW(s) or LMHC(s) to provide mental health and/or substance abuse counseling at private homes and assisted living facilities in the Volusia County, Lake Alfred, and Jacksonville areas. Flexible Work Schedule, 2-3 days per week; caseload of approximately 40 clients. Salary: $25-$40 per hour.
Minimum Duties :
Providing individual or family counseling,
coordinating client care with other team members, including physicians/APRNs,
completing chart reviews,
evaluating client histories to arrange for appropriate treatment plans,
linking clients with community resources as needed,
entering client notes in a SOAP format into a computer system.
Adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Minimum Requirements
Current LMHC or LCSW license
Current Florida Driver's License
Two years experience is required, ongoing education will be considered.
Must be willing to travel and adjust work schedule to meet the needs of the facilities.
Bilingual is a plus.
