As we will soon gather with loved ones to celebrate the holidays, our team wants to ensure your holiday is memorable for all the right reasons. A few simple steps can make all the difference:

🍎 Eat Mindfully: Cut food into small, manageable pieces to prevent choking.

🚗 Travel Smart: Take your time on the roads and plan for a designated driver ahead of time before the toasts begin.

💧 Prioritize Wellness: A great gift that you can give your family is a healthy you. Stay hydrated and get plenty of rest!

❤️ Learn CPR: If someone is in sudden cardiac arrest, knowing CPR can double or even triple their chance of survival. Learning CPR and how to use an AED is an essential skill.

If you are interested in learning more about how to help others, please check out our upcoming classes: https://www.swiftsafetyinstitute.org/training/

We wish you and yours a healthy, happy, and safe holiday season!

🎄✨ Choose Your Christmas Light Personality! ✨🎄

Let’s settle this once and for all…
What type of Christmas light decorator are YOU?
Comment your match below! ⬇️

1️⃣ The Minimalist:
A single strand, perfectly straight. You believe in quiet sparkle.

2️⃣ The Color Commander:
If it doesn’t glow in every shade of the rainbow, is it even Christmas? 🌈

3️⃣ The Clark Griswold:
Your electric bill sends holiday greetings. Neighbors need sunglasses. 😎💡

4️⃣ The Sentimental Stringer:
You still use the same lights from 1997 and refuse to upgrade. “They still work!” (Mostly.)

5️⃣ The “Oops” Decorator:
One bulb out, one section dark, ladder leaning like the Tower of Pisa… but hey, you tried! 🤣

Whichever one you are, a little reminder from Swift Safety Institute:
💡 Check for frayed wires
🎄 Don’t overload outlets
🪜 Keep ladder climbs safe
✨ And enjoy the glow—safely!

Drop your number and tell us why!

Alright, folks, another Holiday debate! What do you think?! ☕🎄😊We hope you have a great and restful weekend!

We hope you have a great and restful weekend!

🎄💡 It’s Time for the Great Christmas Light Debate! 💡🎄

We NEED to know…
When do you officially flip the switch on your holiday lights?

Vote below! ⬇️

🎁 Before Thanksgiving – I like my holidays stacked.
🌟 Black Friday – Shop in the morning, shine at night.
🍪 December 1st – Right on schedule, like Santa.
🕯️ Whenever the spirit hits me – Could be today, could be December 23rd.
🤣 Still trying to find the lights – They’re in which box again?!

And as always, your friends at Swift Safety Institute remind you:
✨ Test your lights before hanging
✨ Use outdoor-rated cords outside
✨ Avoid ladder acrobatics (leave that to Santa’s elves)

Light up the season—safely and in style! 🎄✨

🎄✨ Christmas Lights Roll Call! ✨🎄

It’s that magical time of year when the whole neighborhood starts glowing… and we want to know:

How do YOU decorate?
Drop your answer in the comments using the emojis! ⬇️

🎅 = Classic red & green
❄️ = Cool white winter wonderland
🌈 = Full-on rainbow extravaganza
🎆 = “If you can see it from space, I’m doing it right”
🤣 = Still untangling last year’s lights… send help

And while you’re at it… a friendly reminder from Swift Safety Institute:
✨ Check those light strings
✨ Watch the ladder gymnastics
✨ Don’t overload the outlets
✨ Keep the holiday magic sparkly—not smoky

Let’s see your holiday style! Light up those comments! 💡🎄✨

❄️ Ultimate Winter Safety Checklist: Don't Get Caught Out! 🛡️

The cold is here! Be prepared with this quick guide to staying safe and warm this season. Share this with friends and family! 👇

Driving Safety Tips 🚗
Icy Roads Alert: Assume wet pavement is black ice. SLOW DOWN and triple your following distance.

Emergency Car Kit Essentials: Always keep your trunk packed with emergency supplies: winter blankets, non-perishable snacks, water, a robust first aid kit, and jumper cables — essential for every winter commute!

Home & Fire Safety 🔥
Carbon Monoxide (CO) & Fire Detectors: CHECK YOUR BATTERIES TODAY! CO is an invisible killer.

Space Heater Safety: Keep all space heaters a minimum of 3 feet away from everything flammable (curtains, bedding, clothing). This is key to fire prevention!

Walking & Personal Safety 🐧
Black Ice Hack: When walking outside, assume wet pavement is black ice. Take short, shuffling steps—walk like a penguin!

Stay Warm: Dress in multiple, warm layers (base, middle, outer). Trapped air = better insulation.

Stay safe, cozy, and healthy this cold weather season!

🎄✨ It’s Christmas Lights Season! ✨🎄
Before you turn your home into a holiday masterpiece worthy of a Hallmark movie, Swift Safety Institute has a few bright reminders! 😄💡

🔌 Check your lights — If they’re older than your favorite Christmas sweater, it might be time for an upgrade.
🎯 Avoid outlet overload — Your lights should twinkle… not your breakers.
🪜 Use ladders safely — Save the acrobatics for the elves.
🔥 Indoor vs. outdoor lights — They’re NOT interchangeable (no matter how determined Clark Griswold energy you’re bringing).

Light up the holidays safely and make your season merry, bright, and accident-free! 🌟
