Starting February 1st, I’m expanding my chiropractic clinic into a more complete nervous system, recovery, and wellness space. As a chiropractor, everything I do already centers around the nervous system — how the brain and body communicate, how people adapt to stress, and how well they recover. What I’m building is a way to support that process outside of the adjustment, so the body can hold changes better and heal more efficiently.

This isn’t about piling on gadgets. It’s about using the right therapies, in the right order, to improve circulation, calm the nervous system, support cellular energy, and help people get out of constant fight-or-flight — which is something I see every single day in practice. This is especially helpful for people dealing with chronic pain, poor sleep, stress, inflammation, athletes who need better recovery, and busy parents who are just worn down. We’re rolling everything out in February with intentional, goal-based sessions — some focused on pain and recovery, some on nervous system reset, some detox focused, and some on overall wellness support. The goal is simple: help the body do what it’s designed to do — heal, adapt, and regulate — instead of constantly chasing symptoms.
