It is with a grateful heart that I let you all know that Cozy Soul will be taking a break and semi-closing.
I am so incredibly grateful and honored for all of you who have trusted your energy, time, and soul with me. It’s been a magical ride and I wouldn’t have changed it for the world.

A few factors outside of this business have demanded a bit more of my attention and because of that, I will no longer be leasing my space in Osakis come the end of October.

This business will be put on the back burner for the time being but I am not deleting this page. I am just a message away if you need something that I can still be of help with. And come nicer weather, I may still hold some outdoor events!

That being said, if you would like to sneak in an appointment before the end of October, please message me THIS WEEK and we will find a spot that works for you before I move out of the office.

Join us for another round of Cozy Soul book club!
This book changed the way I look at life and the way I interact with other people. And I don’t say that lightly!

We will meet for a night of community, conversation, and grounding on Sunday October 5th at 6pm at the Cozy Soul Healing office.
I know it’s a busy time of year, so we will just meet once to discuss the full book.

I’m still here.

The summer months are packed with busy season for my “real” job, packed with trying to get outside and get lost in nature, packed with chores and projects that need to get done, packed with other people’s expectations.
If that lands heavy for you and you can relate, you’re seen and welcome here 🖤

While I may not be as active on social media during these months, I’m still active in the healing space for both you and me.

I’ve been throwing around the possibility of doing an outdoor sound healing at my personal property a few miles outside of Osakis. (Not pictured here - though I wish this was in my backyard 😍).

Next round of book club is starting up soon!

This one will look just a touch different to fit better with the crazy busy months of summer!

We will be reading “The Serviceberry” by Robin Wall Kimmerer

As Indigenous scientist Robin Wall Kimmerer harvests serviceberries alongside the birds, she considers the ethic of reciprocity that lies at the heart of the gift economy. How, she asks, can we learn from Indigenous wisdom and the plant world to reimagine what we value most?

Combining nature ans gratitude with daily life? Yes please! 👌

It’s a short read at just over 100 pages and we will skip the weekly checks in this month and only meet at the end of the month in person to chat about the book, life, and do some meditation/sound healing on Sunday July 13th at 6:15pm.
