My Story

My love of alchemy, herbal medicine, and my fascination with the workings of the spirit and body led me to a life long study of all things out of the box. After a long journey of self doubt I started sharing my Fire Cider with local friends, and thus Gathering of the Roots was born. I am still exploring many different paths that this business can take, and honestly I am focusing more on being led than I am forcing things to happen. So I am opening the idea of skin care next and seeing if that is the next best fit. We shall see. Gathering of the Roots is not just product, but it is also a mindset, a philosophy of digging deep to find our nutrients. There is so much to talk about and explore when we get below the surface. I am excited to use this platform and my blog to do so.
