St. Francis Commons at St. Luke St. Francis Commons provides a New York State licensed assisted living program combining residential and home care services. Located on the St. Memory Care at St.

Luke healthcare campus in the City of Oswego, St. Francis Commons Assisted Living Residence provides supportive housing and home care services to individuals who are medically eligible for placement in a nursing facility but whose needs can be met in a less restrictive and lower cost residential setting. Our residence accommodates 60 individuals in private or shared-private rooms. Francis Commons offers the only New York State licensed assisted living program in Oswego County, combining residential and home care services. Housekeeping, supervision, care management, personal care and home health services to are all available to our residents. Activities and outings keep residents engaged and a part of our community. Services and amenities that offer an affordable lifestyle choice for individuals who wish to remain independent and active, yet may need help with daily activities. Francis is a unique neighborhood within our residence providing a safe setting for persons with early to middle stages of a dementia-related illness such as Alzheimer’s disease. Our residence emphasizes personal dignity, autonomy, independence and personal choice, all in an environment that will reflect the level of quality our community has come to expect from our St. Luke Family of Caring.
