Julie Chetney has been with us since we opened our doors in March of 2000. Today she spends her last day with us her "home away from home." As she moves on to her next "adventure" our staff and residents send their well wishes. Thank you Julie for your 29 years service over the years on the St. Luke campus; hundreds of residents, thousands of memories, and of course so so so much FUN!
Not to worry, we've moved her name over to the volunteer list!

Residents at Bishop’s Commons had a blast today stepping into the world of Snapchat filters — and let’s just say, they NAILED it!

We saw plenty of laughs, poses, and even a few selfies that would make Gen Z proud. 💁‍♀️📱 Whether striking a pose or just giggling at the filters, our residents proved that you’re never too old to try something new!

We continue our National Assisted Living Week celebration with activities that bring smiles, laughter, and maybe a little friendly competition!

Today’s theme: Pickles or Pickleball? 🥒🏓

Residents had the chance to choose between enjoying some tasty pickles or trying their hand at a fun game of pickleball. Whether snacking or swinging, everyone had a blast!

A lively group gathered for a few rounds of poker, keeping their poker faces sharp and spirits high!

Day 1: We kicked off Assisted Living Week in the best way possible — with an unforgettable trip to Fruit Valley Orchard! Our residents enjoyed wagon rides through the orchard, delicious apple crisp, lively music, and of course, plenty of fresh apples. 🎶🍏

This beautiful fall outing was the perfect start to our weeklong celebration of Ageless Adventures — reminding us all that joy, fun, and new experiences have no age limit. ❤️

A heartfelt thank you to Fruit Valley Orchard for treating our Bishops Commons family to such a special day! The hospitality was overwhelming and so kind!

We were delighted to welcome entertainer Marjorie who filled the afternoon with beautiful music. Her voice carried throughout our home—and our residents (and families!) loved every moment. 💕

There was singing, dancing, and plenty of smiles — no one wanted it to end! 🕺💃 We can’t wait to welcome Marjorie back again soon!
