I'm feeling it today! Ugggg! Made carrot cake for hubby yesterday, and I couldn't resist!
But man, I have sugar overload, bloat, swollen fingers, all the stuff today!
It's amazing how much WHAT we eat affects our bodies!
I don't think it's worth it!
