Mid-Week Reminder

This week, we’ve been focusing on creating balance in our bodies and harmony in our hearts.

Here’s a simple mid-week practice to help you realign:

Bring awareness to the right side of your body. Notice how this side feels — the strength, the energy, the sensations. Breathe in and through the right side.

Shift your awareness to the left side. Feel into the softness, the support, the steadiness. Breathe in and through the left side.

Now bring your awareness to your heart. Breathe into gratitude — for your body, for your breath, for the love you give and receive.

Move forward with a balanced body, harmony in your heart, and the intention of a fresh beginning.

Mantra Drop: I return to my center and feel harmony in my heart.
