This Saturday (Sep 27) from 3-5pm we will be teaching a very special class--Stir Fry Secrets--at the wellness center. My good friend T***s Schultz will be the chef. She's an amazing cook. We'll focus on stir frying and making a crisp Asian salad or two. Not only will you learn her secrets about how to make these dishes, but you'll get to eat what we prepare. All I can say is lucky you (and me).

It's just $18 or $15 for seniors 55+. Beverages will be provided but feel free to bring your own beer or wine. The class is just about full but we have a couple of seats available if you hurry.
