I always notice this time of year feels different in my body…
a little more awake, a little more ready to reset, like something internally is shifting without me forcing it.
And the truth is—your body is shifting.
Spring is naturally a season where your liver starts to do more of its detoxifying, clearing, and renewing work.
But most people miss this window because they think they need to do something extreme to “support detox.”
In reality, it can be so much simpler.
This month, I’m focusing on supporting my liver in ways that feel doable and grounding:
adding in more bitter foods that gently stimulate digestion,
getting my body moving in ways that actually make me sweat,
and increasing cruciferous veggies that help those natural detox pathways do their thing.
Nothing restrictive.
Nothing overwhelming.
Just supporting what my body is already trying to do.
This is the kind of rhythm that builds trust with your body over time…
not quick fixes, but small, consistent support that actually sticks.
If you’ve been feeling that subtle pull to reset lately, this might be your sign to lean into it instead of ignoring it.
Save this post if you want a simple, realistic way to support your body this season without overcomplicating it. 🌿💚
