As most of you know, our instructor Allison is pregnant! 🎉👶🏼 She will be teaching two new classes starting this month, Prenatal Mat Pilates and Prenatal Equipment.
If you are currently expecting, we would love for you to join Allison in staying active and strong.

Our 86 year old client Pat Daniels started Pilates with Wendy last year and knocked 5 minutes off his Hospital Hill 10k time at the 2025 race! Adding Pilates to what you already do can bring amazing results at any age or stage. Way to go, Pat!
