Local people to KC area.. this summer , I’m offering Summer Series at Overland Park Jazzercise for ages 10–13 ish. dance-based fitness, fun games, and positive affirmations, we’ll be moving our bodies, building confidence, and having a blast.

This series was kind of inspired by conversations with parents who said they thought their daughters would love Jazzercise but werent quite old enough ( yet) - And I also thought “I wish I had something like this growing up,” so now felt like a perfect time as it is blending everything I love: education, therapy, movement, and affirmations, Jazzercise.

Right now it is scheduled for Every Friday in June.
✨ The first two sessions are scheduled with times.
📅 Friday June 6th 10-12
Friday, June 13th, 2:00 pm- 4:00 pm
🗓 Friday June 20th time: TBA
Friday, June 27th Time: TBA.
Location: Overland Park Jazzercise Jazzercise
You’re welcome to drop in for one or attend them all! Attend all four and receive a special Junior Affirmation Deck to take home. 💛

Quick life update, because it’s been a minute and a little hectic, but I’m still here and plan to be back soon. Most of you know I teach Jazzercise in addition to doing therapy, and I am in the process of buying the Jazzercise Center, where I have taught at for the last 12 years. When I share this with people, I often get one of two questions, 1. “ , huh, is still around?!” 🤔😆🙃2. Are you still going to keep your therapy practice? And the answer is YES to both. My therapy practice will hopefully be something I always do as I am super passionate about and love supporting people in that way and growing and learning along side of them. And perhaps it’s a full circle moment as it was in my own therapy that I realized I could be a businesswoman and entrepreneur and start a private practice and do these things that I once thought other people could do, but I couldn’t. Turns out those were all limiting beliefs that were keeping me stuck. so thank you therapy, ❤️😭❤️ and thank you to all the women that have paved the way for me,I am super excited to add owning the center. Oh And Yes Jazzercise is still around, and is really fun. It’s the only workout I have been able to be consistent with, for 12 + years and have also created a really special community that I am forever grateful for. 😊 maybe more dancing vids in the future. Jazzercise, therapy, dance therapy. Let’s the fun begin. see you soon, and if your local come dance with us. ❤️

It’s been one year since the Affirmation Deck made its debut. To say I’ve learned a lot about e-commerce and products is an understatement. 😬But the part I’ve loved the most is seeing how these affirmation decks have made it into your hands and helped bring some positivity and empowerment. Whether it’s been at a school or in an office, around a dinner table or a moment you take for yourself to read a card, thank you. I’m giving away 5 decks at the end of the week.
