Essential oils are natural aromatic compounds found in the seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers, and other parts of plants. If you have ever enjoyed the gift of a rose, a walk by a field of lavender, or the smell of fresh cut mint, you have experienced the aromatic qualities of essential oils. Day 1; July 6; Part 1; Banff and Gondola; In my happy place, love, love, love the mountains and the nice crisp air. Gondola ride to the top of the 7490 elevation. Lunch at the enjoyed some seafood chowder with some Tobiko aka fish eggs and smoked salmon. Walked the 600 meter boardwalk to the top of Sanson’s peak The view was just it overlooked the town of Banff. Learned about the wildlife and After exploring the mountain we venture over to the sulfur cave. 🇨🇦
