So much of our culture and society defines "health" or their "identity" by weight and size, but there is so much more to a person than their weight or size. There are lots of other ways to be unhealthy or healthy that don't have to do with body weight, size, or food. Focusing only on body weight, size, and food is shame producing.
✨You are enough just as you are.
If you decide to do a new years resolution this year (which it's totally fine if you don't!), I encourage you to choose something that you actually want to do (not what society says you should do). Choose something that you might actually enjoy!
