Full disclosure…I was so hesitant to commit to my first yoga retreat. So many things ran through my mind like can I afford this? Do I deserve this? Can I leave for that long? And when Xander asked me I said yes because I was in a dark place and needed it more than anything. I did a payment plan and made it work and had the most incredible and healing week of my life. We are not hosting our own and I would LOVE to share that same experience with you. If you are feeling uninspired and overworked and just need to hit the reset button then come join us! Over a year ago I walked into this studio nervous as hell to be a new student to the studio and community as it had been so long since I was the newbie at the studio. Little did I know I would end up teaching here to a packed room on a regular basis. When I started teaching it was to 1 person a lot of the time. Those moments were SO special and I will never forget them. But when I opened my eyes tonight and saw 30+ people in this beautiful shared space, in this amazing practice, here for a class led from my heart m, it just hit differently. Thank you to everyone who has ever come to one of my classes and shared this practice with me! *end mushy moment* 💕✨🙏🏻🙃
