Golden Hour Training Golden Hour Training is a medical training company. First Responder owned/operated, Licensed/Insured. Our mission is to prepare anyone save a life.

Whether you’re an experienced provider or wanting to learn basic first aid we can further your knowledge and skills. Golden Hour Training specializes in treatment during the first hour of an emergency, otherwise known as the Golden Hour. Care provided during the Golden Hour makes all the difference for immediate and long-term patient survival. Our courses provide the knowledge and skills to help make that crucial difference on scene and overcome analysis paralysis. Classes are interactive with significant time devoted to hands on skills application by experienced instructors. Not looking to travel? Schedule a class at your location (certain courses must be taught at our location). We understand the logistical difficulties involved in obtaining training. Therefore, we offer competitive packages where we come to you, saving travel expenses or well/deployment time. We are the One Stop Shop for all your medical training needs. Golden Hour Training is owned and operated by a first responder. Golden Hour Training provides free training to many Volunteer First Responder agencies and donates a portion of each course to a Volunteer First Responder Agency or Veteran Organization.

Golden Hour Training held our Tactical Combat Casualty Care TCCC course this month with an amazing group of people. We spent significant hands on time working skills and scenarios. Training wasn't all about skills and medical knowledge, we also practiced mindset and good tactics. Take Golden Hour Training's TCCC to learn tourniquets, needle decompression, Xstat 12 and 30, cricothyrotomy, junctional tourniquets, occlusive dressing, NPA, I-gel, Olaes and Israeli dressing and wound packing. We worked in daylight, lowlight and nighttime to simulate various environments. Everyone did a great job and worked well together under stress. Congratulations to everyone on earning their TCCC certification through NAEMT from Golden Hour Training.

What a busy busy month May 2023 has been! Golden Hour Training instructed numerous courses at our location in downtown Owensboro, KY. To name a few, we had Basic Life Support Obstetrics BLSO, CPR, Stop the Bleed, Tactical Combat Casualty Care TCCC, Advanced Cardiac Life Support ACLS and Pediatric Advanced Life Support PALS.
