Chautauqua Health and Rehabilitation offers short term skilled nursing and rehabilitation, in addition to long term intermediate care. Chautauqua Health and Rehab is also home to Affinity for HER, a 30-bed secure Memory Care Unit.

They did such a great job! Shoutout to our activity department for always doing amazing crafts with our residents! Yall are awesome! I mean just look at those smiles!!
